About Me

Hi!

I'm Cassandra (aka Cakecass) :)

To give some background on myself, I was a culinary student in a local polytechnic. Went through gruelling training both in the Culinary aspect and Food and Beverage Operations. After my polytechnic education, I truly appreciate the hard work that the chefs and service staff brought together for our dining experience.

It was also the time when I cultivated much interests towards food and wine. However, I found out that I did not have the flair neither the talents to be a pastry chef. :( But that did not extinguish my love and passion towards food. It was further ignited when I made a friend who was really passionate about food. My favourite past times are, evaluating the food served on my table as well as the service provided by the service providers and hence the creation of this blog!
